Within the open polder panorama of dikes and small islands close to Rotterdam, the Terphouse is located as a sturdy construction on a mound within the panorama. The means used to make the home sustainable and prepared for extra excessive local weather situations turned the primary parts of the design, most obvious within the attribute cover and underground degree with the protruding patios.
