Textual content description offered by the architects. To allow the mixing between the social areas of the residence, the core of the present plan – composed of the loos – was remodeled into an open kitchen, offering extra amplitude to the house and integration with the view.

The brand new quantity of the social rest room features rounded contours, sustaining the fluidity of circulation and reproducing the angles of the façade. The unique construction in strengthened concrete is uncovered and dialogues with the chosen supplies, comparable to chrome steel, burnt cement, and carbon metal from sawmills. The present hardwood flooring was restored and, contrasting with the grey palette, brings a comfortable feeling to the entire.
